Through the web www.sdeibar.com (hereinafter, the Website), Club Sociedad Deportiva Eibar (hereinafter, SD Eibar) provides services and offers its catalogue of services and products under the conditions included therein.
The website is accessible from a variety of devices and includes contact forms that require you to fill out the fields provided.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

In general, your data will be processed by SD Eibar for the following purposes:
For the management of your relationship with SD Eibar, including this processing the development of any operation necessary for its maintenance. For the organization of raffles, contests and promotional events. Manage those requests and applications. Conducting surveys in order to verify the quality of communications, procedures, treatment, as well as the products and services that we make available to you. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?
The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of the web subscription you have made and the consent you provide by accepting the terms of service, in addition to the express consent given for additional services.

TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
If we have your consent, SD Eibar will share your data with its partners and sponsors.

Once your data is no longer required for processing, we will delete and/or block it in accordance with our data retention and deletion policy and the statutory limitation periods in accordance with applicable regulations.
